I’m only seeking for ballpark figure upon similar to the dual story 3 room house, contend similar to 3,000 sq feet, with the basement.
I’m certain price varies depends upon the comforts we want, though I’m only seeking for the turn figure.

it cost 5 dollars in ps home so that pretty cheap but its a virtual house so u could consider it a ripoff too.

I think the general rule is about $80 to $100 per square foot.. depending on your location in the country and who you hire to build it. Material cost is a factor as well, you know if you decide on real hardwood or carpeting or granite countertops or formica. But I think that this is the price you should expect.
3000 square feet should cost you about 300 thousand dollars, plus the real estate and land development fees.

It depends where you live- builders around the country are in major economic slumps right now, but some places are worse than others. It also depends whether you want a spec or custom home.
