GIVEN THE CHOICE BETWEEN STICK BUILT, LOG, OR A CONCRETE HOME WHICH ONE WOULD YOU CHOOSE AND WHY?

I am removing ready to have a brand new home built upon my skill though do not know a pro’s & cons of petrify or record homes. I’m seeking for a a single which will need me to do a slightest volume of upkeep as good as have a fewest problems over a subsequent thirty years, as good as keep the worth well.
