I get ill mostly as well as i have word with my husband’s job. We devise upon office building the residence subsequent year. Will banks as well as creditors demeanour during those alloy bills underneath his name even yet he has undiluted credit with all else. And have been creditors kindly toward alloy bills? Besides the alloy bills have been the usually derelict bills underneath his name, though which is my fault. His credit is A1 upon top of that. He’s never been late upon the check in his hold up as well as he has been carrying credit given he was nineteen as well as right away he’s 29.

the medical bills WILL affect his score if it’s on his credit file.
you havent mentioned if it is or isnt on the credit file.
they are lenient when it’s medical bills, but you might have a high rate with a low credit score!

Late Dr. bills typically don’t show up on credit until they go to collection. Go to all 3 bureaus and pull your credit to see what’s going on. Now is the time to get your credit squared away. Don’t wait till the last minute. You could pay more for years to come. Lastly, if you already have collections on his report, you could try to negotiate that they take them off if you pay in full. Collection agencies are a lot more flexible than a lender. If all else fails, when you are ready to buy/build a home, go FHA (Most areas your max loan is just over $200K). They don’t go by score and are pretty lenient on medical. Good luck.

i wouldn’t say they don’t look at dr bills but they do look at them with a blind eye — and besides unless they are in collections they will not show up — just keep plugging along and get them paid off as quick as possible and good lunk on your new home!!!
